What does Otto do that a normal report template can't?
Otto is the auto-mode report writer. You dictate observations on-site (or paste typed notes) and Otto's AI routes every sentence to the correct RICS field, infers a condition rating, ingests up to 200 photos and auto-categorises them, then synthesises Sections B and C from your findings. Which RICS report types are supported?
